"I love taking our dog here. I never have to worry because I know she is in such good hands. It's always hard leaving a family member (our dog lol), but knowing that she is being taken care of and loved lets me be at ease when I am away. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and I am so glad they were recommended to me. Our dog is 10 years old, and sometimes a bit temperamental at times. They have learned her personality and know exactly what she needs and cares for her. I wouldn't think of having our pet anywhere else."

"We absolutely LOVE the Avon Pet Lodge! The staff is very conscientious and compassionate. As a 501c3 animal rescue in the area we like to bring our rescued dogs into the Pet Lodge for care while we work on finding suitable adopters and fosters. This is way more than a boarding facility! There are 3 large yards, bathing facilities, and even an indoor play room. All of the pets get wonderful attention and care from the staff. The rates are very competitive and I am always at ease bringing new dogs in. We recommend the Avon Pet Lodge to all of our adopters and rescue partners. Stop in or call to schedule a tour! "

"The Avon Pet Lodge is wonderful! I was previously taking my dog to another more expensive boarding facility and was disappointed so we switched to the Avon Pet Lodge. I have taken my dog there 4 times and the staff is always friendly. They remember me and my dog which is great! I also appreciated that the staff gave me a tour of the facility when I first contacted them (some other boarding facilities refused this request). My dog is happy and safe under the care of the staff at the Avon Pet Lodge. Thank you! "

"Love this place! Staff members are so friendly and took excellent care of my 9 mo. old german shepherd. They all seem to love the dogs and have knowledge of many dog behaviors. Relatively inexpensive, would recommend their boarding to anyone."

"We just picked up our dog from a 4-day stay at Avon Pet Lodge. Our boy was happy to see us and it was clear he really loved the owner and staff there. The owner is very knowledgeable of dog behavior and only does what is best for the dog. Each dog is treated as an individual as the staff asked us his likes/dislikes when we dropped him off-- they even asked which side of his bed he likes to sleep on (fuzzy or smooth). We felt comfortable leaving him (even though it was only our second boarding experience) since we knew he was in such kind and capable hands. The next time we have to leave our boy we will know he's happy at Avon Pet Lodge."

"We have taken our maltese to Avon Pet Lodge for the past 2 1/2 years, since we moved out here to Avon. I would recommend this place to anyone! The owner is such a animal lover, and it comes through every time you talk to him. The other gentleman who also works here is awesome. Our dog runs to the door everytime we drive into the parking lot, and that tells me a lot!!"
